BALLET Stretches ~ from beginning to BIG!
Details on how to do, how to teach, how it builds. From the baby seed to the bigtime big splits! This is helpful for understanding hip alignment, tracking, range, and strength. And seeing the power of the little movements to get to big big shapes!
Metal : building to Monkey on a Stick (33m)
Building the big time opening of the front body… from the thighs to the chest. Working the backside to do so. Working on that body wave! Monkey on a Stick is advanced and intense… and also.. it is just a cranked up version of chest expansion and thigh stretch. Which are found again in semi circle. So we build it and work the inside of the sphere.
Metal : Swedish Bar Ending (10m)
Working the swedish bars or stall bars for big time opening and closing. Chest expanding and spine lengthening. Think horse and swan here, think tendon stretch and backward arms. Ideas on the swedish bars can be translated to work on the wall unit pipes/walls/corners/poles in life too!
Metal : Press Up Front (11m)
Working the chest opening of press up front and press up back on the Electric Chair. Hands on, getting on, cuing the action, what we’re looking for. The big stretches and the big add-on at the top for advanced clients ready to prime their grasshopper here.
Metal : Arm Series (16m)
Full Arm Series reviewed in 3 places in 3 ways. Reformer, Arm Chair kneeling, Arm Chair standing. Plus a convo about opening the chest and navigating emotions of grief that get held in the chest and affect the opening/extension of the arms/chest/upper back. Ways to assist, help, and setup the work.

Full traditional ending on the Cadillac. With cues on variations and ways to shorten/add. Including extra twists in full hang. Convo on assisting hands on and how.
